Refund Policy (Ostrog.store)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@ostrog.store with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective on arrival).

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.

Non-returnable items: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
